This change affects the way BigQuery's TIME, TIMESTAMP, and DATETIME types are handled in result sets.

  • Adds support for microsecond precision in getObject(), getString(), and getTimestamp() for all types.
  • getObject() will return a java.sql.Timestamp object for TIMESTAMP and DATETIME. Previously, it returned String for DATETIME.
  • getObject() will return a java.sql.Time object for TIME. Previously, it threw an error.
