This change affects the way BigQuery's TIME, TIMESTAMP, and DATETIME types are handled in result sets.

Adds support for microsecond precision in getObject(), getString(), and getTimestamp() for all types.
getObject() will return a java.sql.Timestamp object for TIMESTAMP and DATETIME. Previously, it returned String for DATETIME.
getObject() will return a java.sql.Time object for TIME. Previously, it threw an error.
